In today's competitive job market, job seekers are constantly looking for ways to stand out from the crowd. One tool that has gained popularity in recent years is ChatGPT, an AI-powered writing assistant that can help users craft resumes and cover letters. However, there is a debate about whether using ChatGPT for resume and cover letter writing is considered cheating. As a Technical Leader in Software Industry, I argue that not only is using ChatGPT not cheating, but it is also an essential skill for job seekers and professionals alike.
